We’re committed to keeping participation affordable for our valued vendors. To help keep costs down, we’ve decided not to increase vendor fees this year. To give you more flexibility, lunch boxes will now be offered as an optional add-on instead of being automatically included in the base vendor fee. This allows you to customize your experience while we continue to manage overall costs responsibly.
All vendors are subject to approval by the PossAbilities Expo Committee. All vendor payments are non-refundable. Credit Card Processing Fees Apply.
Please note that all vendor fees must be paid in full by April 30, 2026. Unfortunately, vendors with unpaid balances will not be able to set up on the day of the event.
